When productivity becomes the default, how do we make space for rest, recovery and regulation?
Join Ida XR Studio for the first in a new series exploring overwhelm and sustainable creative practice. In this opening session, curator and creative director Ana Brzezinska will share reflections on professional fatigue and recovery. From the personal to the structural, we'll discuss how burnout is shaped by contemporary culture, inequalities, and the expectations unique to the creative industries.
This is an opportunity to come together in community, share experiences, and leave with fresh perspectives, practical advice, and collective wisdom in a supportive, uplifting space.
As always, Ida sessions are warm, informal, and open to women, trans, and non-binary people working in, or curious about, creative emerging technologies. You don't need to be an expert. Just bring your curiosity, experience, and a willingness to reflect together.
This online session is delivered as part of Ida Hwb, Ida's partnership with Wales Millennium Centre.
