Partnerships

We partner in a variety of ways. We are currently working with organisations across the UK to establish Ida Hubs. Ida Hubs are regional homes for the Ida Network to take residence, building grassroots Ida communities that respond to local needs.

We also work with artists on assessing project impact through evaluation and
we collaborate and consult on inclusive design processes.

Each partnership is different but we can work with projects to promote, develop, test and consult on new work.

Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff

Launched in May 2024, Ida HWB is our first regional hub, based in Cardiff. Through in-person and online talks, workshops and meet-ups, we explore themes including belonging, sustainable creative practice, and immersive technology as a tool for connection and change.

MyWorld & Watershed, Bristol

Our partnership with MyWorld and Watershed has brought Ida to Bristol through events in 2025 and 2026. Together, we’ve hosted Beyond the Build: Valuing All Skills in Immersive Projects, exploring the breadth of skills and contributions that bring immersive work to life, and Making Yourself Visible: A Workshop & Panel on Marketing, Platforms & Power, combining practical approaches to sharing our work with bigger questions about ethics, algorithms and who holds power over our visibility. Both events created space for open conversations and opportunities to connect, share experiences and learn from one another.
