We are dedicated to dismantling the systems of oppression present in our industry and society, challenging traditional norms to create an environment where new possibilities,
collaborations, and opportunities can flourish, enabling everyone to prosper.

Research & Training
Research provides evidence required to make the case for change: we survey the community to report its needs, leading to recommendations which ask the industry to take action. Ida’s work and Training in equitable design is then shaped by the results of this research, ensuring we respond to the challenges and aspirations of the community, working toward collective change.
The Ida Network
The Ida Network brings people together at events that aim to celebrate and make space for our community. These are safe, inclusive spaces to make genuine meaningful connections, and build belonging at an individual level.
Projects & Partnerships
Projects and Partnerships is where we celebrate and collaborate with the wealth of talent that exists in the community. Each partnership is different but we can work with projects to promote, develop, test and consult on new work.
